  • Any request for cancellation of project or refund must be submitted via email to info@verbatimsolutions.com
  • 100% refund will be issued for orders cancelled before production begins.
  • A pro-rated refund will be issued for orders cancelled after productions begins.
  • Pro-rated refund amount will be calculated by Verbatim Solutions based on percentage of the project completed at the time of cancellation.

Price for Services, Delivery Methods & Timing of Orders

  • Price for services and turn-around time is determined on a project by project basis and will be as stated in your official quote for services received from Verbatim Solutions.
  • Unless otherwise specified in your official quote for services, delivery will be made via email.
  • Unless otherwise specified in your official quote for services, the project will be delivered as a PDF file.
